CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

We do not offer exchanges due to sanitary measures. Please ensure that you double check your order for correct sizing, and color. Also, if you are not sure of the appropiate size, please size up or view the size chart.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES, MILITARY, AND RURAL ADDRESSES?

Yes, we do! If the address is in the U.S. and has an address verified by the United Postal Service, we can ship it.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?

We do not offer price adjustments unless you have a coupon code, in which the site will automatically make the adjustment. Also, only one coupon code is valid on one purchase. Subscribe to our site so you can get notifications of sales, and random coupons.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?"

If you've received a defective item or received a wrong item, please email bojclothing1@gmail.com. In subject box note: Defective item or Wrong item. Take pictures of your item, and include a description of the defect or problem, also attach a screenshot of the original order. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. The customer is responsible for return shipping, however, the item will be fulfilled to the correct order, and mailed with Priority Shipping. No refunds will be administered only exchanges.

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. You have three days from the date you receive your order to file a return request. If you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please follow the return procedure below:

  • Take a photo/photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Email bojclothing1@gmail.com with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST”
  • Include your order number, photo(s), and list/description of damaged item(s)

We will review your email and touch base within three to five business days. If approved, you will be given instructions on how to mail your item(s) back to the shop along with instructions on receiving a replacement or refund. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, however, the new item will be fulfilled to the correct order, and mailed with Priority Shipping. No refunds will be administered only exchanges.

NOTE: Returns are only accepted if T-shirts arrive damaged.

 

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT, WHAT DO I DO?"

We’re sorry to hear this! Please REVIEW YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL, as well as inspect your order within 3 days of arrival. You have three days from the date you receive your order to file a Missing Order request. If you are missing an item, please follow the MISSING ITEM procedure below:

  • Email bojclothing1@gmail.com with the subject line “MISSING ITEM”
  • Include your order number, and description of the MISSING ITEM

We will review your email and touch base within three to five business days. If approved we will fulfill your order, using Priority Shipping for your inconvenience. No refunds will be administered.

 

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our tees are Unisex unless stated otherwise. So please review the sizing chart. If you're unsure size up for a guaranteed fit.

 

HOW MUCH TIME IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER A BULK ORDER?

Bulk orders consist of 12 or more items. At minimum 2 weeks to ensure we are fully stocked with the necessary product.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All packages are sent with standard shipping. All orders are charged a standard rate of $7.
